Unit Sought: Included: Fabrication, Construction, & Maintenance Excluded: All office & shop clerical employees, professional employees, janitors, watchman, guards, & supervisors.

Unit Sought: Employees of the Employer performing work covered by this Agreement or an approved Schedule "a", other than supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, with respect to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment, on any work in the service and maintenance industry described in this Agreement.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time part time and per diem physician assistants residual to the existing professional unit represented by the Union Excluded: All supervisors and guards as defined by the act.

Unit Sought: Included: all full time & regular part time workers who primarily perform asphalt paving including foreman, rakers, screenmen, shovelers, asphalt equipment operator. Exculded: Supers, guards, confidential employees, clericals and persons who primarily perform concrete curb seeting or block work.

Unit Sought: Included: Warehouse and delivery drivers. Excluded: All employees as excluded by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full and part-time mechanics and oilers employed by the Employer at its truck shop located at 6325 Rosewood St., Anchorage, AK 99518. Excluded: Office Clericals, truck drivers, sheet metal fabricators, welders and all other employees, including managerial employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All service & maintenance employees including: Housekeeping, Diet. Aide, Central Supply Clerk, Activities Asst., Cooks, Laundry Aides, Nursing Asst., CNA, RNA. Excluded: all supervisors as defined by the act, including LVNs.
