Unit Sought: Included: All employees working in the job classification of Academic Instructor, Vocational Instructor, Substance Abuse Counselor, Educational Counselor, Case Manager, Maintenance Clerk, Mailroom Clerk, Records Clerk, Records Specialist, Library Aide, Maintenance Worker, Warehouse/Commissary Worker, and Warehouse Worker Excluded: All command, management, and supervisory personnel, as defined in the Act. as amended which includes, but is not limited to, the Warden, Assistant Wardens, Chiefs, Captains, Lieutenants, Sergeants, Senior Correctional Officers, Department Heads, Unit Managers, Shift Supervisors, Senior Managers, and Unit Manager Counselors, all office, clerical, and records personnel; confidential and administrative assistants; professioanal employees; all armed and unarmed correctional officers performing guard duties and all other guards, as that term is defined in Section 9 (B)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act,and all other employees of the Northeast Ohio Correctional Center.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time chief engineers, engineers, mechanics, mechanic helpers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and HVAC mechanics, Locksmiths, utility mechanics and building maintenance workers. Excluded: Supervisors, professionals, secretaries, office personnel and all other exclusions under the Act.
