Unit Sought: Inc. The Company recgnizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining with repect to rates of pay, wages , hours of employment and other conditions of employment for all hourly rated production, maintenance, and traffic employees in the Company's Woodbridge and South Brunswick New Jersey, locations. It is expressly understood and agreed that the bargaining unit does not include: A. Supervisors emplyees with authority ti hire , promote , discharge discipline, or otherwise affect the status of employees or effectively recommend such action. B. Administrative employees. C. Office clerical employees and clerical employees assigned to factory departments. D. Employees of the Plant Security Department. E. Employees of the Production Control Department F. Employees in the Product Styling Department. G. Employees classifield as Quality Technicians. H. Employees in the Engineering Department. 2. Whenever the term employee(s) is hereinafter used, it shall expect where otherwise specifield, mean those within the bargaining unit described in this Atricle.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees in production. Excluded: Office personnel, guards, supervisors as described und the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time raid crew shuttle drivers employed by the employer and working from their South Morrill location. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All drivers, Mechanics, Attendance, Aides Excluded: All Supervisors, Managers and all other employees and Guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time, part time, and on-call certified nursing assistants (NAC), non-certified nursing aides (NAT/NAR), restorative aides (RA), dietary cooks, dietary aides, housekeeping aides, laundry aides, and activity assistants. Excluded: All registered nurses (RN), licensed practical nurses (LPN), and administrative staff.
