Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time quality assurance technicians employed by the Employer at its Berlin, PA facility. Excluding; All office clerical employees and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. 

Unit Sought: Included: Utility employees/polishers, garage attendants/porters, drivers, stockroom attendants, counterperson apprentices, counterpersons, employed by the employer at its facility located at 1210 E. Ogden Ave. Excluded: All other employees, service writers, mechanics, customer service employees, members of other Union, slaes staff, supervisors, managers, professional employees, coordinators, clerical employees and guards as defined by the Act.
