Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time professional and nonprofesional employees employed by the Employer in its Head Start Program including: disability assistants, parent training program specialists, home visitors, family service workers, mental health specialists, building maintenance, custodial, clerical, nutrition staff, drivers, teaching assistants and teachers. All other personnel including, managerial employees, confidnetial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Plant Workers, Mechanics, Drivers and Blasters Excluded: Management, Office Personnel, Supervisors and Sales Personnel

Unit Sought: Included: Cooks, dietary aides, job coach/dishwahers, housekeepers, fllor care specialists, laundry worker, and maintenance engineer and assistant. Excluded: mental health workers, LPN'S, RN's, leisure service specilists, leisure intervention specialists, living skills intructors, receptionists, ISI social workers, residents in vocational employment and training programs, assistant vocational training and employment supervisor, clerical staff, financial staff, temporary and casual employees and guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees including CNAs, LVNs, housekeepers, janitors, and kitchen employees, employed by the Employer at its Santa Cruz, California facility. Excluded: All other employees, including the Department Head, managers, office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
