Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time console operators employed by the Employer at the Food and Drug Administration Security and Emergency Command Operations. Excluded: All non-console operators, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time & regular part time Electricians employed by Kennywood Park at the 4800 Kennywood Blvd., West Mifflin, Pennsylvania, facility; Excluding: All office clerical employees and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Present Unit: Included: All regular employees employed at the University of Pittsburgh at its Oakland Campus to be operated by the Employer; Excluded: Supervisors, management trainees, chef, office clerical, and student part-time employees. Proposed Unit: Add the following additional exclusions: Excluding employees employed by the Sodexho Sports & Leisure Business Unit, units represented by the UFCW, Local 23 and other labor organizations, employees at the Cathedral of Learning Food Court and Tunnel Catering facilities, guards and professional employees under the Act.
