Unit Sought: Included: All part-time and full-time security officers employed by the Employer at the Federal buildings in Reno, NV and the surrounding area within the jurisdiction of the Employer's contract(s) with the Federal Government. Excluded: All office, clerical, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time and on-call Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Dietary Assistants, Cooks, Restorative Aides, Registered Nursing Assistants (RNA), Recreation Assistants, Medical Assistants, Medical Records employee and Plant Operations employee, employed by Avalon Health Care at it's Spokane, WA location. Excluded: Excluding all other employees, including but not limited to, Office Clerical employees, Administrative employees, Payroll employees, Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Physical Therapists, Housekeeping employees, Laundry employees, Managers, professional employees, guards and Supervisors as defined in the ACT.
