Unit Sought: All full-time, regular part-time, Casual/On Call: LPNs, Certified Med Techs, Certified Nursing Assistants, Feeding Assistants, Unit Clerks, Activiti Assistants, Cooks, Dietary Aides, Laundry Aides, Housekeeping Aides and Maintenance assistants. Excluded: confidential employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All non-professional employees, including per diem and part-time employees employed 144 hours or more in the previous three (3) months (May 1 - July 31, 2009). Excluded: All registered nurses, physicians, professionals, technical employees, skilled maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, all confidential employees in the Human Resources Department, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act; all employees employed at Heritage Place, all employees employed at Serenity House, all employees employed at Kenai Health Center, all Health Information Management employees involved in Non-Acute Care Hospital services to Heritage Place, Serenity House, and the Kenai Health Center, and per diem and part-time employees employed less than 144 hours in the previous three (3) months (May 1 - July 31, 2009).
