Excluded: All managers, supervisors, office/clerical, dispatchers, assistant dispatchers, mechanics, lot/yard men, fuelers and all others as defined and described by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time parts department employees employed by the Employer at its 3320 North Greenfield Road, Mesa, Arizona facility. Excluded: All other employees, office clericals, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and part time customer engineers, first level technology, and all employees of  Group 771 G,  771 L and Group 552 P employed by the NCR Corporation in Arizona.. All other employees including guards, office clerical employees, confidential  employees and supervisosrs as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time teachers and caregivers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 992 Gates Avenue Brooklyn Excluded: All other employees guards and managers

Unit Sought: All full and part-time drivers and all full and part-time monitors/attendants. Excluded: All mechanics, diapatchers, clerical, security staff as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All electricians covered by the current Inside Wireman Agreement (apprentices, wireman, journeyman wireman, foreman and general foreman) performing electrical construction installations, service and maintenance work in the County of Ventura, California, including those elegible under the Steiny/Daniel formula. Excluded: Office personnel, deliver drivers, guards and supervisors above the level of general foreman who are not covered by the current Inside Wireman Agreement (inclding but not limited to project managers, superintendents and estimators), and all electricians employed outside the County of Ventura, beyond the scope of the Inside Wireman Agreement.

Excluded: all other employees, including office and clerical, administrative and professional employees, guards, grain inspectors, electronic(s)/instrumentation technicians, merchants, sales, managers, superintendents and supervisors as defined in the Act. 

Unit Sought: Home Theatre Installation Technicians (Oregon and Southwest Washington); but excluding Geek squad computer technicians, Geek Squad automotive installation technicians, Geek Squad in store computer/electronics technicians, all sales personnel, clerical and supervisors.

Unit Sought: All drivers, operators, maintenance and any other non-supervisory employees of said employer; excluding manager, assistant manager, and office manager.
