Unit Sought: Included: all production and maintenance employees employed by the Company at the plant #13 at 8801 Citation Road, Baltimore, MD Excluded: All office clerical employees, sales employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time driver instructors, mechanics and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its West Mifflin, PA facility. Office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: The Union represents Employees in a Unit consisting of all Production Employees and Sanitation Department Employees at the Employer's facility located at 9500 N.W. 4th St., Oklahoma City, OK, has certified NLRB Case Numbers 16-RC-5878 and 17-RC-12256. The Union seeks to represent the Qaulity Control Employees (FSQS Tech) at that facility, a group that is currently not represented. The Union requests that the Region conduct an Armour-Globe election in this matter. According, any election conducted in this matter should be subject to the following conditions: if a majority of valid ballots are cast for the Union, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing production and sanitation units currectly represented by the Union. If a majority of valid votes are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees desire to remain unrepresented.
