Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and VSP/Per Diem registered Nurses emloyed at the Employer's facility at 3100 North Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, Nevada; Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, permanent charge nurses, central business office employees (whether located at the facility or not), travelers, employees of outside registry and agencies supplying labor to the Employer, managers, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
