Unit Sought: All full-time, part-time, and per diem* licensed practical nurses, and service and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its Troy, New York local; excluding business office clerical employees, receptionists, administrative assistant managers, guards, and professionl employees and supervisor as defined in the Act and all other employees. *For the purposes of eligibility, the parties agree that per-diem status is defined as having an everage of at least 4 hours per week in the 13 weeks preceding th eligibility date.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees of Advanced Life Systems, Inc. including Paramedics, all EMTs of all levels, dispatchers, and the billing department. Excluded: The company owner, Senior office supervisor/paramedic and the Human resource manager.
