Unit Sought: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem* pharmacy delivery assistants, senior pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy inventory coordinators, employed by the Employer at its 45 Reade Place, Poughkeepsie, New York facility; excluding guards, and supervisors and professional employees as defined by the Act, and all other employees. *The parties agree that for the purpose of eligibility in this election, per-diem employees must work an average of four hours per week over the thirteen weeks preceding th epayroll period for eligibility date in order to the eligible.

Unit Sought: Included Full and Part-time mechanics, shop foremen, lead mechanics, truck drivers and yard personnel Excluded Secretarial, clerical, salesmen, counter personnel employees guards and supervisors according to the Act.
