Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time facilities maintenance employees employed by the employer at the Tech World Office Complex in Washington, DC, to include engineers, chief engineers, mechanics and helpers Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All hourly paid picketers, handbillers, demonstrators and musicians employed by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Council of Carpenters presently conducting picketing and handbilling at the Washington Hilton Hotel, or other various sites in Washington, DC Excluded: all other employees, including employees or members of the Carpenters Union, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time guards, as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, including public safety officers, investigators and dispatchers employed by the Employer at its West Hartford, Connecticut facility; Excluded: Security Department clerical employees, shift supervisors, casual and seasonal employees, student employees, all other employees and professional employees and other supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees employed by the Employer on a part-time, per diem, or casual basis who perform work related to the production of trade shows, exhibitions and conventions, including but not limited to the storeage, handling, delivery, rigging, installation, operation and dismantling of displays, booths, exhibits, pipe, drape, bases, MIS, tables, table draping, pegboards, tack boards, drape hung or rigged, freight, carpeting (including ooth and aisle) furniture, sign installation, platforms, risers, floor layout and marking, forklifts, high-rise lifts, scissors lifts, genie lifts, scaffolding booms, pallet jacks and any other equipment customarily within the jurisdiction of the Union. Exluded: All other employees hired for work as salesperson, customer service representatives, security guards, clerical workers and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included All full time or part time hourly employees to include but not limited to maintenance technicians, supply technicians, landscaping technicians and leasing agents employed by Balfour Beatty Community at Ft. Stewart, GA / and Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah GA Excluded Supervisors, managers, and any other employees excluded by law.

Unit Sought: Including: Allfull time and regular part time drivers employed by the Employer located at Leesburg, Florida. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, guards, watchmen, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and/or regular part time security officers perfoming guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as mended employed by Diamond Group @ Las Cruces, New Mexico 88001. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, spervisors, as defined in the Act, as ammended, and all other employees.
