Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time, regular part-time, short hour, casual/on call, and temporary (not including registry/agency temps) employees in non-supervisory classifications, including restorative nursing assistants, certified nursing assistants, nursing assistants (except at Emerald Gardens), cooks, dietary aides/assistants, janitors, housekeepers, laundry aides, and activities assistants (except at Emerald Gardens), and maintenance employees (at Emerald Gardens only) employed by the Employer at its Emerald Gardens (Sacramento), Gilroy Healthcare, Grant Cuesta Nursing (Mountain View), Palo Alto, and Willow Tree (Oakland) facilities. Excluded: All registered nurses (RN's), licensed vocational nurses (L VN's), physical, speech and respiratory therapists, registry/agency employees, office clerical and administrative personnel, confidential employees, professional employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
