Unit Sought: All full and regular part-time Employees employed by the Employer as on-air talent at the radio stations WFRY-FM and WNER-AM, at the 134 Mullin Street, Watertown, New York facility. Excluding all other Employees, clerical workers, guards and Supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All organizers, MCC employees and administrative employees employed by the Union throughout the State of California. Senior staff (Accountant, Executive Director, Chief Administrative Officer, Regional Directors), confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: The unit defined as all full-time and shared-time positions Federal Court Security officers (CSO's), Lead Federal Court Security Officers (LCSO's), Special Security Officers (SSO's) and Lead Special Security Officers (LSSO's) employed by the Company in the 9th Circuit, Southern District of Califonia, excluding all other employees including office clerical employees and professional employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
