Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time service technicians, apprentice technicians, lead technicians and warehouse technicians employed by the Employer at its Tampa, Florida facility. Excluded: All office clerical employees, clerks, customer service representatives, routers, damage claims clerks, administrative assistants, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Current Units: (1) Five service technicians engaged in performing electrical and repairs, including all work incidental to and connected with the maintenance of automatic door control equipment or units, as described in the IBEW Local 134 collective bargaining agreement. (Note that these service technicians are qualified to perform and do perform installation of new automatic entrance doors, including electronic and other related equipment, for new building construction and renovation projects.) (2) One installlation technician for installation of equipment or units as described in the Glaziers Local 27 collective bargaining agreement. Proposed Single Unit: Six service/installation technicians engaged in (1) performing electrical and repairs, including all work incidental to and connected with the maintenance of automatic door control equipment or units; (2) installation of new automatic entrance doors, including electronic and other related equipment, for new building construction and renovation projects; and (3) insolfar as the following work is connected with the installation of automatic doors and related equipment: (a) the installation, setting, cutting, preparing, distributing, handling or removal of the following on site: art glass, prism glass, beveled glass, leaded glass, protection glass, ground glass, colored glass, figured glass, vitrolite glass, carrara glass, all types of opaque glass, glass chalk boards, structural glass, stick curtain wall systems, tempered and laminated glass, Thiokol, neoprene, all types of insulating glass units, all plastics or other similar materials when used in place of glass to be set or glazed in its final resting place with or without putty, vinyl, molding, rubber, lead, sealants, silicone and all types of mastics in wood, iron, aluminum, sheet metal or vinyl sash, skylights, doors, frames, stone wall cases, show cases, book cases, sideboards, partitions and fixtures; (b) the i
