Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time drivers, aides and merchandise at the company's facilities in Middletown NJ, Tinton Falls, NJ Excluded: All managers, supervisors, office clerical and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time employees performing traditional sheet metal work employed by the Employer at its facility located at 2001 W. Rose Garden Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85027. All other employees, office clerical employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Current units are (1) rapid return agents and dispatchers at OAK represented by Teamsters Local 853 (six employees) and (2) various employees at OAK and two other airports represented by Teamsters Local 856 that include rapid return agents and ispatchers at OAK(seven employees). The rapid reeturn agents and dispatchers at OAK in both locals should be combined one new unit based on a secret ballot election that allows the employees to determine their representative. Excluded: Other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: Current units are (1) rapid return agents and dispatchers at OAK represented by Teamsters Local 853 (six employees) and (2) various employees at OAK and two other airports represented by Teamsters Local 856 that include rapid return agency and dispatchers at OAK (seven employees). The rapid return agents and dispatchers at OAK in both locals should be combined in one new unit represented by one of the Teamsters locals to be clarified by the Board. Excluded: All others.
