Unit Sought: Included: All Staff Newspersons, including reporters, correspondents, commentators, analysts, newspersons, sports news reporters, and persons who criticize, review and/or comment on books, science, the fine arts, music, sports, the theater, finance, movies, dance, radio television, society, travel, market reports and fashion, employed by the Employer in Los Angeles, California or who are sent by the Employer from Los Angeles, California on a temporary location, including a location outside the United States of America. Excluded: Persons employed on a freelance basis for one or more specific programs or programs series and persons employed in a field of news represented by another union if the Employer recognized such union prior to November 16, 1966, as the collective bargaining representative of such persons.
