Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time drivers, CDL, A & B Excluded: All other emoployees, office clerical employees, managers and guards as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time material operators (Warehouse employees), employed by LeSaint Logistics Corp as defined by the Act. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, Drivers, lead drivers, group lead drivers, dispatch drivers, roller bed drivers, drop lot clerk, Mechanic and supervisors as definied in the Act.
