Unit Sought: Included: All regular full-time and part-time Armed Security Officers employed by the Employer and assigned at San Juan, Fajardo and Ponce, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professionals employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and/or regular part time security officers, performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, employed by Superior Security Services, Inc. @ Bricktown Canal & Oklahoma River, Oklahoma City, OK.

Unit Sought: All full-time & regular part-time production and maintenance workers employed by the Employer at the Lebanon, PA location.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time supervisors, truck drivers, rise assistants, floaters, kitchen help, janitorial, shine residental leads and caregivers. Excluded: All office and clerical personnel, all professional supervisory personnel as described in the Act, all outside workers, skilled development coordinators, and all clients.

Unit Sought: Included All fulltime and regular parttime drivers, including roll-off drivers, front-end drivers, residential drivers, recycle drivers, container drivers, delivery drivers, swing drivers, lead drivers, helpers, mechanics, tire men, yard men and laborers empoyed at the Excluded All other employees including driver-trainers, dispatchers, customer service representatives, officer clerical employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act are not represented by the Union and are not part of the bargaining unit.
