Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time Quality Assurance/Quality Control laboratory employees, including the QA/QC Assistant assigned to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Laboratory Department; excluding management  employees and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All regular full time and part time employees at the Fredericksburg, IA facility; excluding clerical, supervisors, clerks and other employees excluded by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: The petitioner seeks to add, by way of self-determination election, all technicians of the employer's Salmon and Grand View, Idaho operating units to the existing bargaining unit of all employees in the employer's Montana operating units, further defined in current collective bargaining agreement between employer and petitioner. Excluded: All other employees, guards, supevisors, professional employees, confidential employees, and ineligible employees under the National Labor Relations Act.
