Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time drivers, drivers assistants, mechanics and maitenance employees located at the following yards (see attachment 1) All office clericals, dispatchers, security guards, supervisors and managers as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time security officers employed by the Employer at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) facility in Beltsville, Maryland Excluded: All office clerical employees, managerial employees, professional employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full time and part time porters, handimen, superintendents, and other maintenance employees employed by the Employer at the locations listed on the attachment. Excluded: All other employees including guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time drivers. Quality control mechanics, dispatchers, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. 

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time security officers employed by the Employer at the U.S. Department of the Treasury facility in Washington, DC Excluded: All lieutenants, office clerical employees, managerial employees, professional employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time employees; but excluding the President, CFO, Public Relations Director, District Managers, Executive Assistant to the President, and Administrartive Assistant to the President.
