Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time mechanical maintenance workers employed by the employer at the East Millinocket, Maine location Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, production workers and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees employed by the Employer on a part-time, per-diem, or casual basis performing show site freight services work, including all employees employed in loading, unloading, handling and placing of exhibitor's freight equipment, storage and replacing exhibitor's empties, general labor, exhibit freight, association freight small packages, checkers, material handlers, forklift operators, rigging forklift operators, traffic controllers, exhibit and machine rigging, marshalling yard employees, and other freight related duties in the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan area. Excluded: All other employees hired for work as salespersons, customer service representatives, security guards, clerical workers and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act of 1947. All other employees hired to load, unload, handle, place and store employer's decorating equipment, sucha as pipe, drape, base plates, furniture, carpeting, rigging materials, signs, graphics and rental exhibits.
