Unit Sought: Included: All Clerks, Administrative, Assistants, Bookkeepers, Researchers, Coordinators, Organizers, Telephone Operators, Telephone Representatives, Field Representatives, Information Technology Coordinators, and Security Personnel. Excluded: All other employees including supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All construction employees, including but not limited to drywall hangers, drywall tapers, and finishers, working in Arizona. Excluded: Guards, office personnel and supervisors.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees of the Employer over whom the Union has jurisdiction, which work is within the Union's recognized jurisdiction as defined by the Building and Construction Trades Council. Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All production and maintenance employees, plant clerical employees, and refrigeration department employees employed by the Employer at its plant located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. EXCLUDED: All other employees, office clerical employees, quality control employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. 

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All production and maintenance employees, including warehouse runner employed by the Employer at its plant in Rio Piedras, PR. EXCLUDED: All office clerical employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
