Unit Sought: All organizers, MCC employees and administrative employees employed by the Union throughout the State of California. Senior staff (Accountant, Executive Director, Chief Administrative Officer, Regional Directors), confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time, including maintenance mechanic, janitor, driver, warehouse, and inventory person employed at the employer's Bloomington, California, facility. Excluded: Office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full and part-time route drivers, trip drivers, sub drivers, and driver monitors; excluding all other employees, including dispatchers and mechanics, all office and clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
