Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed at or out of the facility currently located at 1601 Wicomico Street, Baltimore, MD 21230, including payroll administrators and HR generalists. ATU seeks an Armour-Globe self-determination election to add these employees to its existing unit of all full-time and regular parttime road supervisors, operations supervisors, safety trainers, ready desk clerks, quality assurance employees, schedule analysts, starters, dispatchers, customer service representatives, and schedulers working at the Employer’s facility, currently located at 1601 Wicomico St., but excluding managers, assistant managers, lead road supervisors, lead safety trainers, confidential employees, office clerical employees, drivers, mechanics, utility workers, and all other employees, including guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Excluded: All other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
