Unit Sought: Armour-Globe election among employees employed by the employeer. The petitioner is the collective bargaining representative of a unit of drivers and aids employed by the employer at its High Street, Oakland, facility who are dispatched to points in the East Bay (the East Bay Regional Center). The employer and petitioner are parties to a collective bargaining agreement covering such employees. Petitioner has obtained a showing of interest among the employer's dispatchers and "Road Supervisors" employed at the High Street facility and among drivers and aids not currently covered under the collective bargaining agreement and who are unpresented for collective bargaining purposes. The unrepresented drivers and aids were formerly dispatched from San Francisco but due to consolidation of operations are now dispatched from the High Street, Oakland, facility to points in and around San Francisco but due to consolidation of operations are now dispatched from the High Street, Oakland, facility to points in and around San Francisco (the Golden Gate Regional Center).
