Unit Sought: Included: All employees in the position of retail sales consultants and sales support representative employed by the Employer in the retail sales unit within St. Thomas and St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Exluded: All other office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: Merchandisers Excluded: Any and all Managers/Supervisor/Watchmen/Security Personnel as described under the act.

Unit Sought: Included: All employees employed by the Company Excluded: Office, office clerical employees, summer and part-time employees, supervisors, foremen and assistant foremen and company engineers. Employees classified as time keepers, watchmen, or guards shall also be excluded from the appropriate unit provided that such employees spend (20%) or less of their working time on production or maintenance work. Summer and winter employees shall be excluded from the appropriate unit and shall not run machines for production purposes.
