Unit Sought: All regular full time, regular part time and per diem professional and non-professional employees, including "relief employees" employed by the Employer at its sites in Massachusetts, but excluding confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act

Unit Sought: Included: Combined Service and Maintenance and Technical unit, including the following classifications. Excluded: all other employees, guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time teachers directly employed by Northwestern Academy Excluded: All non-professional employees, non-educators and subcontracted employees Proposed: Northwestern Academy subcontracts for most of their professional staff. This included clinical therapists and special eduction teachers. the special education teachers are subcontracted through the Central Susuehanna intermediate Unio (CSIU) and are represented by PSEA. The nurses are LPN's and are therefore not classified as porfessional workers. The remaining 20 teachers are currently represented by AFSCME under the dame contract as the approximate 200 nonprofessional workers.
