Excluded: Temporary employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All office clerical employees employed by the Employer at 401 Mercer Street, Seattle, and at 1611 18th Avenue, Seattle, and at the Employer's remote truck(s), satellite uplink truck(s), and production van(s).* Excluded: Temporary employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. *The office clerical employees should vote on whether they wish to join the production employees in a single unit.
