Unit Sought: All regular full-time and regular part-time professional employees employed by the Association at all its facilities and locations in the Boston area, including registered nurses, psychologists, social workers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation counselors, special educators, Cambodian outreach workers, mental health assistants, developmental specialists and teacher aides, but excluding all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. All regular full-time and regular part-time professional employees employed by the Association at all its facilities and locations in the Boston area, including registered nurses, psychologists, social workers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation counselors, special educators, Cambodian outreach workers, mental health assistants, developmental specialists, teacher aides, and all employees in its Community Service Agency ("CSA") and Community based Flexible Supports ("CBFS") programs, but excluding all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
