Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time unloader quality auditor, employed by the employer by LeSaint Logistics Corpat its Trenton OH who are working at miller facility as defined by the Act. Excluded: All Drivers, lead drivers, group lead drivers, dispatch, drop lot drivers, roller bed drivers, office clerical employees, all plant clerical, professional employees, guards, material operators (warehouse employees), maintenance, quality controller, janitor, repack, and supervisors, employed by the employer as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All FT and regular PT business office/clerical employees employed by North Memorial Home Health and Hospice, including CSS, Receptionists, Medical Records, Coders, Reinbursement Specialists, Business Office, and Staffing Coordinators; excluding all supervisors, managers, guards, and all other employees.
