Unit Sought: Included: All service agents, bus drivers, rental agents, return agents, greeters, mechanics, oil changers, exit booth agents, and shuttlers at or near O'hare Airport and Midway Airport. Excluded: Supervisors and guards.

Unit Sought: Inc. All regular full-time and Part-time sevice employees, maintenance employees, garage attetendents, master mechanics, handymen, concierge, doormen porets, security guards and hall persons employer at galaxy Towers. Exc. All office and clerical employees, temporary employees, supervisor and managerial employees.

Unit Sought: Each full-time, each regular part-time (regularly scheduled for less than forty (40) hours per pay period) and per diem employees licensed or otherwise lawfully authorized to practice as a registered professional nurse (hereafter called "employee" ) by the Employer to perform registered professional nursing in a position specified in Appendix A of the 2005-2011 collective bargaining agreement between the County of Erie and NYSNA, as defined by the Public Employment Relations Board in its decision of September 26, 1986, as contained in the decision affecting certification of representative status in Case C-2830.

Unit Sought: Hostler Drivers (drivers that move trailers from door to door) for loading and unloading; Excl. All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time parking attendants employed at the building located at 365 Bridge Street, Brooklyn, NY, 11201. All other employees including clericals, guards, supervisors and professionals, as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All warehouse workerd, forklift drivers, quality control, selectors, working leads and any other jobs not considered managerial by the act. EXCLUDED: All supervisors, clerkd, managerial staff and guards as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time super, handyman, porters,concierge/doormen employed by the Employer at the building located at 365 bridge Street, Brooklyn, NY. All other employees,including clericals, guards, supervisors and professional employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part time Professional and Non-professional employees at the Astor Learning Center, including but not limited to teachers, psychologists, guidance counselors, student support counselors, teaching assistants. Excluded: All other ALC employees including clerical, managerial, and supervisory staff

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time retail sales employees, including: Guest Services, Cast Help Desk, GS Coordinators, BSS Air, Disneyland Paris, Flight Team, Group Phones, IT Planner, S4 Non Incentive and Pilot Teams, Worldphile and CTIS Worldphile Academy, Travel Trade and CTIS Travel Trade Academy, Grand Gatherings and CTIS Grand Gathering Training Academy employees employed at the Disney Reservation Centers located at 1414 Fieldside Place, Tampa, Florida. Excluded: All Managers, Office and Technical employees, Clerical, employees performing IT Guest Services Reports, Guards and Supervisors as defined by the Act.
