Unit Sought: Included: All bus drivers at the Employer's Wilton terminal. Excluded: All other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full -time & regular part -time technicians, drivers, and shipping and distributing employees employed by the Employer at its Tarentum, PA, facility; Excluded: All  office clerical employees, customer service employees, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees including eligible per diem employed by Largo Medical Center at its facilities located at 210 14th Street SW, Largo, FL 33770 AND 2025 Indian Rocks Road S, Largo, FL 33770 in the following combined unit: 1) technical employees and 2) service and maintenance employees. Excluded: Managers, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, confidential employees, physicians, professional employees, skilled maintenance employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case mangers/utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RN's infection control/employee health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, business office clerical employees, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the employer, already represented employees and per diem employees who do not otherwise qualify as regular employees according to the NLRB.
