Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time HVAC Service Technicians, Refrigeration Service Technicians, and Service Supervisors employed by the Employer in the States of New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, working under the tradename of ABC Refrigeration and HVAC. Excluded: Truck Drivers, HVAC Installation Technicians, Refrigeration Installation Technicians, Start Up Installation Technicians, Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, employees working under tradenames other than ABC Refrigeration and HVAC, office clerical employees, guards, managerial employees, professional employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.
