Unit Sought: All Dispatchers of the McLeod County Sheriff's Department, Glencoe, Minnesota, who are public employees within the meaning of Minn. Stat. 179A.03, subd. 14; excluding supervisory, confidential, and essential employees.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time stadium service employees employed by the Employer at  Kauffman Stadium located in Kansas City, Missouri Excluding All office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
