Unit Sought: All full-time and part-time drivers, extra board drivers, mechanics, and service workers employed by the Employer at the Employer's facility located at 3650-A Main Street, Chula Vista, California All other employees, general managers, operations managers, safety and training managers, road supervisors, dispatchers, office employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All full-time production and maintenance workers employed in the operations, commodities, maintenance, boiler and water operations departments and the laboratory at the Bingham Lake facility; excluding office and clerical personnel, guards, supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and/or regular part time armed & unarmed security officers performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended employed by Ares Group, Inc. @ Argonne National Laboratory: 900 Cass Ave., Bldg. 302, Lemont, IL 60439. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, supervisors, as defined in the Act, as amended, and all other employees.
