Excluded All office clerical employees, professional employees, supervisors, as defined in the Act, as amended, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time grain elevator workers employed by the Employer at its 110 E. 12th St., Mendota, Illinois, Route 30, Amboy, Illinois, and Clarion Grain Elevator, Clarion Illinois Facilities; EXCLUDING all office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, plant clerical employees, semi-truck drivers, supervisory trainees, janitors, employees of the Employer's own maintenance and construction crews operating from the location and/or other locations, weigh/scale employees, temporary employees, seasonal employees, summer student employees, and all other employees.
