Unit Sought: PRESENT: INCLUDED: The Appropriate Collective Bargaining Unit. All employees in all departments of the company EXCLUDED: supervisory employees with authority to hire, promote, discipline, discharge or otherwise effect changes in status of employees or effectively recommend such action, three confidential secretaries to officers of the company, and employees specifically excluded by any existing or future order of the NLRB and affecting the Company. PROPOSED Clarification: To add to the exclusion clause (exception clause): all Business Customer Service Support Function, including Staff Specialist II and Staff Specialist III.
