Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time sanitation, janitorial and cleaning employees employed by the Employer at the Kellogg plant located at 310 28th St. SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan; All guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. 

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time Bakers, Cake Decorators, Bakery Sales/Bake-off, Donut Fryers, Apprentices, and clean-up employees. Excluded: Bakery Manager, building and equipment maintenance employees, guards, and professional employees as defined in the NLRA, as amended to date.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and part-time employees who receive, ship, box, sack, wrap, mark, stock, check, price, service customers, or sell retail grocery or produce commodities. Excluded: Store & assist store directors, grocery, produce, general merch., front end, & service deli managers, bakery & meat employees, 3rd person, bookkeeper, scan coor., demonstrators, guards, supervisors, professional employees as defined in the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time & part-time employees who perform the cutting, handling wrapping, processing & preparing of fish & fish products, poultry, meat (fresh, frozen, chilled, smoked), inventory, cleanup, that is performed & offered for sale at Employer's premises. Excluded: Grocery and grocery management, bakery, general merchandise, deli, guards, supervisors and professional employees as defined in the NLRA, as amended to date.
