All office clerical employees, professional employees, and supervisors, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All parttime, fulltime and perdiem LPN's, CNA's Food Service Employees Excluded: All parttime, fullltime and perdiem from housekeeping, RN's, managers, supervisors and security as defined by the Act

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time bus and van drivers, monitors, charger bus operators, charter van operators and drivers aides employed by the Employer at its Yorktown facility. Excluded: All other employees, including office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, watchmen and supervisors as defined by the Act.
