Excluded: All other employees, managers, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. Proposed Unit: Included: All regular full-time and part-time employees including dairy quality program inspectors, clerical employees that provide services to the public schools lunch room prgrams, laboratory analysts, secretaries and clerical employees, data-entry employees, sample carriers, and alternate coordinator(s) for the livestock handling employee assistant program, employed by the Employer at its place of business at San Juan, Puerto Rico. Excluded: All other employees, managers, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included All full time and regular part time mechanics, including Journeymen, PM Tech Helper, Apprentice, Bus Washers employed by the employer whose facilities are currently located in Rockford, Illinois.
