Excluded: All office and clerical employees, professional employees, sales representatives, guards andsupervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INcluded: All regular full-time & regular part-time production& maintenance employees employed by the Company at the Hammond, Indianan facility. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, guards, professional employees, temporary employees and supervisors as defined by the Act.
