Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees including eligible per diem employees employed by Plantation General Hospital Limited Partnership, d/b/a Plantation General Hospital at it's facilities located at 401 NW Avenue, Platation, Florida, 33317 in the following combined unit: 1) technical, 2) skilled maintenance employees, and 3) service and maintenance. Excluded: Managers, guards and supervisors as defined by the NLRA, registered nurses, confidential employees, guards, physicians, professional employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/ utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RN's infection control/employee health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, emplyees of outside registries and other agenies supplying labor to the employer, already represented employees and per diem employees who do not otherwise qualify as regular employees according to the NLRB.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and/or regular part time security officers & CPOs performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended employed by the Wackenhut G4S Corp at East Valley Metro Light Rail, 1801 E Apache Blvd., Tempe AZ 85281. Excluded: All office clerical employees, professional employees, supervisors, as defined in the Act, as Amended, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: Petitioner seeks to clarify into the bargining unit the employee working at the Patterson location which is located at 619 C south First Street, Patterson, CA 95363. The bargaining unit consists of all regular full time and part-time mechanics (Tech I, Tech II, Tech II and Lead Tech positions), fuelers and customer service representative.
