EXLUDED: All MRO, Station, Fleet, Stores, casual, temporary, confidential, office and plant clerical, accounting, professional, technical and sales employees, guards, janitors and supervisory employees as defined by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part-time drywall finishers, painters and related trades, camployed by the employer working through out the jurisdiction of the petitioner, including its employees working at the Lion County Intermediate School. Excluded: All other employees, administrative and managerial estimators, office and clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included All regular full-time and regular part-time bus drivers and aides. Excluded All office clerical workers, dispatchers, mechanics/technicians, oil checkers, guards, supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations ACt, crossing guards, and all other employees.
