Unit Sought: All  senior stylists, junior stylists, estheticians, nail technicians, laundry, retail, spa hosts, licensed massage therapists in the Portland Metropolitan Area; excluding the Aveda Institute of Portland employees, leads, managers, booking room employees, instructors, and office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: All Full Time, Regular Part-Time and Per-Diem Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics employed by the employer in or out of their Sacramento County, California operations. Excluded: All Dispatchers, Call Takers, Vehicle Service Technicians, Registered Nurses, as well as all Guards, Supervisors, Office and Clerical Employees, confidential employees, managerial employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All full time and regular part time warehouse employees and clerical employees including inventory control employees, maiintenance employees, lead person, dock office CSR, receptionist CSR, and order processing CSR employed by the employer at 1000 Centerpoint Blvd., New Castle, DE facility.
