PROPOSED CLARIFICATION: INCLUDED: All full time and regular part time journeymen inside wiremen, apprentice wiremen, construction wiremen/construction electricians, and foremen who are not supervisors as defined in the Act, employed by the employer in Travis, Bastrop, Hays, Blanco, Burnet, Williamson, Lee Llano, San Saba, Burleson, Caldwell, Fayette and points of Coryell in Coryell County South of Coushouse Creek, and not to extend more than two (2) miles into Ball county from the Southeast boundary line of Coryell County, Gray Field, and the City of Killeen, and parts of Lampasas, Ball and Milam Counties, which are nearer to Austin than Waco, in the State of Texas.
