Unit Sought: All employees covered by the current collective bargaining agreement between the Petitioner and the Employer; specifically, all office and clerical employees of the Employer but excluding confidential and supervisory employees as defined by the Labor-Management Relations Act of 1947, as amended, and other employees mutually agreed upon by the parties, at the following locations and thier environs or future satellite facilities: (a) Oakland Medical Center and MOBs, (including Alameda), (b) Hayward Medical Center and Clinic (including Fremont, Union City, and the Landing), (c) Richmond Medical Center and MOB, (d) the NCAL "Regional Offices: including but not limited to: 1950 Franklin and environs (1800 Harrison, 1814 Frankin/Leamington Bldg., Division of Research, Concord, Walnut Creek Data Center, and Livermore and its environs (Patterson Pass); see Appendix A (e) any new office and clerical employees position posted in any existing location or its environs noted above, as of October 1, 2005 (f) and any (new) office and clerical employee posiiton any new faiclity, location, or environ mutually agreed upon by the parties", and all Medical Bill Examiners/Lead Medical Bill Examiners employed at 1950 Franklin Stree, Oakland, California. Excluded: All other employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
