Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All regular part-time and full-time Detention Officers employed by the Employer at Port Isabel Service Processing Center in Bay View, Texas. EXCLUDED: All Clerical, Office, Professional employees and Supervisors as defined by the NLRA.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time workers at any of the three clinics of the Employer located on Maui employed as: Medical assistant, Lead Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Referrals Coordinator Clerk, Therapist, Counselor, Care Manager Clerk, Medical Records Clerk, Resceptionist. Excluded: All other employees, including managers, supervisors, confidential employees including but not limited to Bd. Of Dirs., Exec Dir., CFO, COO, department managers, department directors, medical doctors, dentists, medical managers, charge nurses/managers, accountants, controller, billing manager, payroll. HR coordinator, WIC manager, EA/Secretary and guards and/or watch persons, as defined in the Act.
